3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item received).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

4. Processing Your Return

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Your return will be processed, and a refund or store credit will be issued within 30 business days after receiving the returned item.
